We are confident in the quality of what we produce. If we don't meet your expectations, we will revise our work. If we cannot meet your expectations, we won't charge you.

In practice, this means that we invoice retrospectively for all work. If you're unhappy with a trial, we will waive the trial fee and let you keep any work we have already delivered.

If you are unhappy with our deliverables in a given month as part of a content subscription, we will waive any unpaid fees.
